The 2026 Philanthropic Project is the National Alliance for Mental Illness - NAMI, Illinois.
Since many of our members have an experience with a mental illness, the Multiples of Illinois Executive Board felt that this program was an important and worthy cause for the 2026 Philanthropic Project.
From the NAMI Website: The mission of NAMI Illinois is dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with mental health disorders and their families through support, education and advocacy. They work toward supporting people with mental health disorders with access to quality healthcare, housing, education and employment. Besides their education support, they also advocate for increased funding for research into the causes and treatment of mental health disorders.
The NAMI-Illinois program provides resources, support and education programs.
